My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, while big and equipped with all necessary facilities, had a slight issue with a moldy smell which was not ideal due to my allergies. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes from the nearest tram stop, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was good, with a buffet offering a variety of options to keep us satisfied. However, the uncomfortable bed and lack of proper air ventilation affected my sleep quality.

The hotel rooms were spotless and quite stylish, equipped with good bathroom facilities, a TV with English channels, and a fridge stocked with various drinks, although it can get a bit crowded in the morning. The service from the staff was exceptional, always willing to assist and provide advice. The location in the quieter area of Lesser Town was ideal, allowing for a peaceful stay while being close to major attractions. The facilities were well-kept and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
